American MQ-9 Reaper damaged by Russian Su-27. What happened at the Black Sea?

According to CNN station, a Russian Su-27 fighter damaged a U.S. Air Force combat drone at the Black Sea. The American MQ-9 Reaper and 2 Russian Su-27 fighters operated on the Black Sea. Russian pilots tried to intentionally harm the unmanned aircraft.
