The territories of the Kherson, Zaporo and Dzepropetrovsk regions were forcibly incorporated by the Russian troops into the Kreml-invented region of “Novorostya” — Putin officials say it is an “integrate” part of Russia and mention it to bring additional territorial claims to the south of Ukraine.
In fresh days, the head of the occupying authorities of the Kherson Oblast Volodymyr Saldo has said that Russia should effort to take control of the areas in the Kherson, Zaporosian, and Dniepr district, so as to allegedly "guarantee the improvement of infrastructure".

Russia inactive wants to grow
Putin had previously ordered the Russian forces to establish a "buffer zones" in areas of Ukraine to which Russia does not formally claim rights, including in the Kharkiv and Sumic circuits.
On Tuesday, the Russian TASS agency stated that at the end of May the Russian Central Election Commission would present the State Duma with a "new single-mandate constituency scheme". According to the fresh plan, 7 districts are to be created in the 4 circuits of Donbas and Noworosji.
