American consent, or the Polonization of HIMARS... returns after years [ANALYZA]

The latest information from the US about Poland's authorisation to acquisition HIMARS systems is, contrary to appearances, not the end, but the beginning of a hard process. It is linked to the Polishisation of the strategy and to ensuring adequate conditions for construction, operation and integration. What is worth noting, past has rolled a circle, and in a sense we are where we were in 2017. At the time, the PGZ negotiated the launcher assembly and ammunition production in Poland. The decision of defence minister Mariusz Błaszczak to acquisition the first squadron from the shelf, which fell in October 2018, seems to have frozen this subject for 5 years.
