On Thursday, Ukraine and the United States signed an crucial paper that can radically change the future of the Ukrainian economy. As Deputy Prime Minister Julia Swyridenko announced, the signed memorandum is the first step towards a full economical partnership agreement. Both parties declare their willingness to cooperate constructively and prepare to finalise the final version of the agreement.
