Soldiers who were customs officers before serving in the army (started after 2012) (before 2013). 11 years ago, the Constitutional Court pointed out the request to implement this principle. It allows to extend the list of persons entitled to a pension after 15 years of service in accordance with the rules applicable before 2013. The problem is not solved by about 100,000 uniforms who, after leaving the service, worked or worked in civilian service, pay from contract contracts and work contributions to ZUS, which are parked in ZUS without the anticipation of paying them in the form of pension benefits.
