During the Russian attack on Tarnopol, a seven-year-old Polish Amelia was killed with her mother. A girl in Ukraine went to school. Now the facility says goodbye to her in an emotional entry.


The Ministry of abroad Affairs passed on the tragedy. The attack occurred from the night of 18 to 19 November. Then the Russians attacked civilians in Tarnopol. Among the victims was a 7-year-old Polish citizen, Amelka, who died together with her parent Oksana. That information shook the public.

The girl attended the 27th Tarnopolski School of Education at W. Hurniak, where she was a class 2B student. The facility added a fresh Facebook entry in which Amelia and her parent were said goodbye. As stated "both, embracing each other, burned alive as a consequence of enemy rocket attack".

Everyone at school mourns this loss: "Amelka, smart girl, small Angel, will never sit in a bench again, not hugging her classmates, not warming the planet with her cheerful gaze."

A mourning mass for Amelia and her parent Oksana was held on Friday at 7:00 in St. Michael's Archangel Church.

According to the State Service of Ukraine for Extraordinary Situations, 26 people were killed as a consequence of the Tarnopol attack, including 3 children. Ballistic missiles and drones hit, among others, 2 blocks where average people, residents, including Amelka and her mother, were present.

According to reports of "Ukrainian Truth", the number of victims increased to 32, including six children. Let us remind you that Prime Minister Donald Tusk spoke after the tragedy in a strong entry.

"Amelka was seven. Seven. Polish child. She died in Tarnopol during a savage Russian rocket attack. He will no longer fulfill any of his dreams," wrote the head of government. He added, "This cruel war must end, and Russia cannot win it. due to the fact that this is simply a war for the future of our children too".



President Karol Nawrocki besides reacted: "With deep pain I accepted the information about the death of 7-year-old Amelka, a Polish citizen who died in Tarnopol with her mother, as a consequence of the barbarous Russian fire on the civilian population. To the household and loved ones I offer my sincere sympathy by remaining in prayer for the soul of an innocent kid and her mother.".
