Altius, an experimental Russian drone crashed into a building in Kazan

The experimental Russian Altius-class HALE drone (High-Altitude Long-Endurance), which was expected to be a fresh quality in combat and reconnaissance, crashed in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan. So far 4 prototype machines have been made. The improvement of a fresh weapon was accompanied by a corruption scandal and the arrest of the main device constructor.
