On 12th April Hungarians will elect a fresh parliament. Although formally these will be another democratic elections, more and more experts indicate that real political rivalry is taking place in conditions of deep imbalance. The strategy created by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán over the last twelve or so years importantly increases his chances of retaining power – regardless of the results of the polls.
