All Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine dismissed. Corruption, procedure or "new broom"?

According to Taras Melnyczuk, a typical of the government in the Ukrainian parliament, the positions of all the erstwhile Deputy Chiefs of the Ministry of Defence were dismissed. He late replaced Rustem Umerov as head of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
