The result of the presidential election will depend on whether reforms of the Constitutional Court and the National Judicial Council can be carried out and on the position of neojudges. "If there are no reforms, the erosion of the country that is already coming will be increasing. The state will fall apart - says Dr Tomasz Zalasinski.
