CBA action in Military economical Divisions

The investigation is conducted under the supervision of the 8th Military Division of the territory Attorney's Office in Krakow. Officers of the Central Anti-corruption Office in Krakow are active in the activities, cooperating with the Military Counterintelligence Service Inspectorate in Krakow. The full case concerns corruption and the setting of tenders organised by the Military economical Divisions. The detainees so far not only established conditions, content and prices in tenders for military units across the country but even cancelled already concluded. By thus exposing units to higher costs and effectively thwarting the choice of the most advantageous offer.
