AI regulation – supervision and control or sectoral guidelines? Polish and Italian implementation model AI Act

The draft Act on Artificial Intelligence Systems adopted by the Council of Ministers on 31 March, the primary nonsubjective of which is to guarantee the application of the EU AI Act, shows the preferred regulatory model well. The proposed government goes beyond the method implementation of European law and in practice determines whether control and supervision will be the axis of the Polish system, or whether to make a transparent framework for the usage of AI in key areas of public life.
