AI Literary – a fresh must-have in education. Do universities keep up with change?

In December 2024 the consultation of the draft Act implementing the AI Act was completed. After the analysis of the submitted comments (according to the Ministry of Digitisation there were more than 2000 of them), the fresh version of the task will be on the pages of the Government Legislative Centre. Elements of the AI Act are to be introduced gradually and the first regulations will enter into force as early as February 2025. It is the rules on prohibited systems and the work of AI Literary. How do universities prepare for these changes?
