Over the last 2 years, Russian peculiar services have attempted to poison or break into housing of at least 4 people known for criticizing Kremlin policy; among the future victims of Moscow is erstwhile U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine John Herbst - revealed on Tuesday the independent Russian portal Agentry (Agentura).
