The territory Attorney's Office in Łódź received a notification from Michał Kołodziejczak regarding the suspicion of committing a crime against it. MP KO submitted them on Sunday in the Łódź delegation of the interior safety Agency in the company of Detective Krzysztof Rutkowski.
Łódź prosecutor Paweł Jasiak reported that the papers were received on Tuesday. In the course of the investigation, the investigators will examine the extended material and verify the information contained therein.
The case is connected to the publication of Channel Zero, which last Friday described the allegations of erstwhile co-workers of Kołodziejczak. Women accuse the erstwhile vice-minister of acting aggressively and urging him to take the substance he was expected to present as cocaine. A politician denies the charges and claims to be a victim of slander.
After the publication, Kołodziejczak was suspended in the rights of a associate of the parliamentary club of the Civic Coalition for 3 months. At the same time, the Warsaw prosecutor's office initiated an ex officio investigation into the suspicion of forcing certain behaviour and granting drugs.
Kołodziejczak, who was accompanied by Detective Krzysztof Rutkowski erstwhile submitting a notification to the ABW, did not uncover details of the case.
