The fresh guidelines of the lawyer General are intended to improve the quality of conduct of criminal proceedings motivated by prejudice. This isn't an effort on freedom of speech. The state will not punish for its views, says Proc. Maciej Młynarczyk, co-author of the draft guidelines.
