Access to 57 minerals for fresh U.S. aid. Government of Ukraine announced the text of the agreement

The Government of Ukraine published the text of an agreement with the US to set up a Joint Investment Fund for Reconstruction. There is simply a list of 57 minerals to be utilized to cover Ukrainian Fund funding. The U.S. can pay for its contribution with fresh arms supplies.
