I had no thought I was auctioning a vehicle entered in the SIS register. No 1 mentioned that in the IRS. I've been a fishy in the substance of fence" – reported the victim in an interview with “Gazeta Wyborcza”.

Why did the Treasury sale the stolen vehicle?

"Gazeta Wyborcza" revealed that scope Rover was occupied by the Treasury in August 2023 from a individual active in another criminal case. Neither the D.A. nor the court checked the SIS register, which led to the decision to forfeit the vehicle and issue it for auction.
