President Torunia granted approval to build a nearly 80-metre-high tower in the Natura 2000 area of Toruń Vineyard. A group of residents have been protesting this construction for years. The Free Winnica Association announces an application to the voivode to declare the licence invalid, sent the Polish Press Agency on 8 April. “You could not refuse to make a decision about the construction permit,” says Marcin Centkowski, president of Toruń’s press secretary.
