"We all agree that present is an exceptional thing and a certain breakthrough," said Karol Nawrocki during the ceremony of the christening of the frigate ORP Wicher. The president thanked the sailors and shipyard workers, as well as the erstwhile head of the Ministry of Defence, Mariusz Błaszczak. He besides expressed his gratitude to Donald Tusk to the current Minister of National Defence, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
