A scam involving the Ukrainian Deputy Minister. Million State losses

The safety Service of Ukraine revealed that the actions of the erstwhile Ukrainian Deputy Minister of wellness led to losses in the state budget of 4 million hryvnia (more than half a million zlotys). This is related to 1 of the investments in the digitalisation of the hotel which did not take place.
