The candidates for president Grzegorz Braun in the company of Roman Fritz from the Confederation of the Polish Crown entered the infirmary in Oleśnica. They declared that they were arresting civilian gynecologist Gizela Jagielska, deputy manager of the facility. Due to the political unrest and pushes, police were called.

– I'm working for the Republic right now. The hazard of Poles' lives is to let this lady. I'm making civilian detention. I call upon you, gentlemen of the police, not to let this person, Mrs Gizela Jagielska, to always have contact with patients, including minors," Braun said.
The MEP wouldn't let the doctor leave the room. He accused a female of violating his integrity. The doctor defended herself, claiming that she wanted to execute her duties, which prevented her from being violent with the policies of the Confederation of the Polish Crown. “I am at work and I want to go to my job,” she explained.

Grzegorz Braun called the police and presented his version of the events. He complained about the officer on the scene and claimed that he was not doing his job.
– Delays and does not proceed to performing activities. We're at the crime scene. I'm calling you to come to the crime scene. The police officer is standing there, not responding. I'm starting to fishy him of sabotaging activities. I call on you not to let a fresh crime to be committed," he said.
The police explained to the politician that the case was handled by the territory Attorney's Office in Oleśnica. However, this 1 could not be persuaded and called the Police office and Minister of Interior and Administration Tomasz Siemoniak. Later, in the light of the cameras, he conducted prayers in the infirmary corridor.

Finally, Braun and his companions entered the boardroom. They stayed there about 10 minutes. Finally, Braun left for an election gathering in Nowy Sącz. Gizela Jagielska in an interview with OKO.press summed up the full conflict with the word "paranoia".
– I was at the office erstwhile Mr. Braun and any people came into the hospital. They say they made a civilian detention and they want me arrested. They stand there calling me murderers. The police are talking to them for now. And I've been locked in the office for over 50 minutes, patients are waiting for me in the transportation room, and I can't go to them," she said.
