A mistake in counting votes in the presidential election. Prosecutor's Office takes the application to court

The prosecution investigating the second circular of the 2025 presidential election determined that 1 of the electoral commissions in the municipality of Przerost in Podlasie had wrongly counted the votes. At the same time, it considered that there were grounds for conditional dismissal of proceedings against committee members.
