The first individual in the country started with a case that, due to the increasingly worrying global situation, is the most important, namely the issue of safety and defence. As he himself said, this field should be removed from all organization divisions – this part of Duda's speech had a unifying effect on the common cause. The president stressed the importance of the erstwhile government's investments in defence and the request to proceed them. This section mentions respective times the name of the Minister of National Defence – Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, which caused him apparent embarrassment. Emphasis on exemplary cooperation with the head of the defence department seemed to be a desire to break up the government coalition and drag the PSL to the opposition site. It was not without the calculation of constantly expanding arms spending, as well as highlighting the function of NATO in ensuring Poland's security.
This part was followed by what could be expected, namely winning, insulting, in 1 word a typical attack on the coalition government on October 15. The first fire was the situation on the border with Belarus. The president did not neglect to callback that in the beginning of the crisis, most of the current ruling coalition was against the solutions introduced by the United Right Government. Ironically, he mentioned the attitudes of any politicians and celebrities hitting the Border Guard, as well as the fact that only Polish People's organization supported those decisions. Listening to these words, I had the impression that the president was increasingly trying to draw the attention of the leader of the PiS, who willingly applauded after all message he made.
Further it was only worse, an increasingly aggressive language that caught on contempt for Prime Minister Tusk and most of the government (PSL appeared as an exception). Another hot point was the issue of the migration policy announced by Tusk, and in peculiar the announcement of the suspension of the right to apply for asylum. Listening to the further part of the message, I had the impression that the president had taken on the function of prosecutor of the government, who at all costs was trying to destruct his reputation. Emotions reached out on the issues of ambassadorial nominations and the mess of justice. This was seen not only in an increasingly pardonless language, but besides by the body of the head of the state, who lost control of emotions, as well as contact with reality. The individual attack on Justice Minister Adam Bodnar and the allegations of breaking the constitution, as well as threatening responsibility, were nothing more than organization propaganda proving one more time that it is the president of 1 political option.
It is worth noting that all of this was done with applause and howling on the right side of the plenary hall of the Sejm, which, like a chaotic animal, demanded political blood. However, the most hilarious was the end of the speech, in which the president referred to the upcoming elections, as well as the countdown of days until the end of his term, which he called the sin of pride. The allegations of violation of the Constitution and the regulation of law by the current rulings, which revolve throughout the speech, perfectly show the hypocrisy of this man, as well as his action for only 1 part of the political scene. It is worth noting that the deficiency of respect for political opponents and the provocative mimics in all conviction show how much work will should be put into rebuilding the image and rank of this office after 2 terms of Andrzej Duda. Let's hope it was 1 of Duda's last appearances. I hope that in the upcoming elections we will choose the individual who will actually be the president of all of us! And most of all, it won't be a shame. 1 should besides mention the speech of Prime Minister Donald Tusk immediately after the message, which straight and in a substantive way scored all lie and fantasy of the President. It was heard only by the government part of the hall, as the opposition decided to leave the area in a perfidious way, one more time showing contempt for the sovereign's decision that we took in the election on October 15, 2023.
