Karol Nawrocki won the first circular of presidential elections in Podkarpackie Voivodeship, winning nearly 43 percent of the vote. Rafał Trzaskowski finished second, with a score of 17.9%. However, in 2 Podkarpackie municipalities - Cisna and Komańcza - it was the candidate KO who defeated the head of IPN.
