Ukraine-Russia talks in Istanbul
As we wrote in onTemat.pl, last Friday in Istanbul there were talks on the Ukraine-Russia line. But they did not bring a breakthrough. The subject of the ceasefire fell, but no agreement was reached.

The Russians put before Ukraine the condition of stopping the attack. They demanded that they adopt neutral country status. That would mean that there could be no "foreign" troops in the state. In addition, the country would waive war reparations and recognise the annexation of Crimea by Russia.
Putin, on the another hand, would only sit for talks if Ukraine first withdrew its troops from the Kherson, Donetsk, Lugansk and Zaporosian circuits, and would besides hand them over to Russia. According to the Kremlin, these regions of Ukraine belong to the Russian Federation.
A fewer hours after the talks, there was a Russian attack. conflict drone operator Lancet was ordered to mark missiles on a bus full of civilians. 9 people died from the explosion.
