A series of disturbing events involving a 34-year-old Ukrainian citizen occurred in Zdzieszowice. The man first caused panic in the dining room, then was linked to burglaries in the game gardens, and during detention he made an act of vandalism at the police station. After carrying out the essential activities, he was transferred to the Border defender and expelled from Poland.
Aggression in the premises and police intervention
The incidental occurred on Wednesday, May 14th. The Krapkowice territory Police office division received a study of vandalism acts in 1 of the catering premises in Zdzieszowice. A patrol was sent to the scene, which confirmed the study of the applicant. On the scene, officers found a man waving a pool bat and screaming at them.
An aggressive 34-year-old did not respond to police orders, so he was overpowered and detained. A breathalyst test showed he had over a promil of alcohol in his system. He went to the detention area where he didn't end his aggression. During the next attack he destroyed a safety camera suspended on the ceiling, then threw it at the door, causing further damage.

Shortly after the detention, investigators reached the material provided on social media. They represented a half-naked man walking through the mediate of the roadway with an object resembling a sharp tool. It's been established that the individual in the video is simply a 34-year-old detainee.
According to the follow-up procedure, a Ukrainian citizen was besides associated with burglaries in land gardens within the county. Police officers estimated that the full losses incurred by the owners amounted to over PLN 20 thousand.
Charges and expulsion decision from Poland
In the course of the investigation, a man heard 3 charges he confessed to. These included the demolition of property in a catering facility, the demolition of property in a police unit, and the burglaries into the property gardens.
After the hearing, the fishy was handed over to border guards. Due to the crimes committed, unstable behaviour and deficiency of grounds for further stay in Poland, the decision to expel him was made.
