A fresh phase of war? Russian troops are entering another region of Ukraine.

Russian troops announced a fresh phase of the offensive. According to Russian communications, troops of the Russian army crossed the border of the Donetsk Oblast and entered the Djepropetrovsk Oblast. Although the Ukrainian side denies these reports, the Russians claim to have already controlled part of the area. Is it just propaganda or real changes on the war map?
