The current dispute over the swearing-in of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal by the president of the Republic of Poland requires a systemic solution that will exclude partial and controversial applications erstwhile and for all. The key to the correction is simply a fresh explanation of Article 194 of the Constitution, without the request to change it.
