Bogdan Święczkowski described the chaos that is happening around the Constitutional Tribunal as a classical coup d'état. In an interview with Polsat News writer Małgorzata Świtała, he besides attacked Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, who announced that she had taken over the duties of the president of the Constitutional Tribunal. "Mrs. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska is not a judge, she is simply a usurper," Święczkowski claims.
