During her visit to Brussels, Minister of Education Barbara Nowacka drew attention to an different trend ahead of the upcoming presidential elections. In her opinion, the number of voters who vote for candidates with lower poll support in the first circular is growing, with the intention of later deciding on 1 of the favourites in the second round.
