A $60 million fighter jet has slipped from the aircraft carrier

The U.S. Navy reported that the F/A-18E Super Hornet fighter had dropped off the hangar deck of the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier to the Red Sea on Monday. An accident investigation is underway in which an about $60 million device was lost and 1 individual was somewhat injured.
