50-year-old Ihor L. from Ukraine heard the charge of killing 3 people at home at Coronative Street in Warsaw Ursus. Investigators determined that the Ukrainian was to assist Zdzisław M. in the execution of his wife and in-laws. According to the forensics report, after the crime Zdzisław M. committed suicide. Initially, death at Coronation Street seemed to be suicide without the engagement of 3rd parties. On Easter Sunday, 4 bodies were found at the home in Ursus: Zdzisław M., his wife Anna, and his in-laws. The victims had signs of stab wounds and injuries caused by the impact. Zdzisław M. was found hanged.

In light of these facts, investigators have concluded that the man was the perpetrator of the crime. This was to be an act aimed at his wife and in-laws, after which he would commit suicide. He besides left a suicide note, but its contents were not disclosed by investigators.

– The investigation is conducted by the Warsaw-Ochota territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw. The evidence and traces collected at the scene and their analysis after the autopsy of the deceased led to the uncovering that a 3rd organization could besides take the event – said Proc. Szymon Banna, spokesperson for the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw.

– I can confirm that the procedural work carried out by the territory Command of the Police Warsaw Ochota under the supervision of the prosecutors resulted detention of a 50-year-old Ukrainian citizen with secured traces related to the crime scene – emphasized Proc. Banna.

Some traces, including the genetic material of the victims who were found at the scene, played a key function in pointing suspicions at the Ukrainian, which concerns his possible accessory to the murders on Coronative Street.

– After being brought to the Warsaw-Ochota territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw Ihor L. heard allegations of a joint and in agreement with Zdzisław M. triple homicide. The man did not admit to the alleged acts and refused to give an explanation," explains Proc. Banna.

– Due to the request to safe the appropriate course of this investigation, the Warsaw-Ochota territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw made a request to the territory Court for Warsaw. The court shared the arguments of the prosecution and took this conclusion into account while pointing out that the evidence collected by the prosecutor indicates a advanced likelihood of the alleged act being committed by the suspect," Banna adds.

The function Ihor L. played in the crime remains unclear. Investigators do not uncover the circumstances surrounding him with Zdzisław M. The Ukrainian is presently in custody, and the investigation conducted by investigators aims to establish motives that led to the killing of 3 people and the suicide of the fourth.
