The implementation of the east Shield program imposes obligations on the logisticians of the Polish Armed Forces that go beyond standard garrison support. Major General Dariusz Mendrala revealed that in 2026 alone, the logistics services will allocate over 900 million zlotys to procure materials and equipment for engineering site preparation.
