Prime Minister Donald Tusk stressed during the Wednesday Cabinet Council that he would "not quarrel" with president Karol Nawrock on paying 800 plus only working Ukrainians, due to the fact that the government itself proposed changes to pay 800 plus, and the bill's draft on this issue "is practically ready".
