Law and Justice presented a draft amendment to the 800 plus programme, which implies limiting access to benefits for Ukrainian citizens. As stated on Monday by PiS club head Mariusz Błaszczak, as amended, 800 plus would benefit only those Ukrainians who work and pay taxes in Poland.
