On Sunday, the 13th edition of the Wings for Life planet Run will be held in Poznań. At the start there will be 8 1000 participants, who – traditionally – will be pursued by the pursuit car Adam Małysz.
The gross from the starting fees will be allocated to investigation into the treatment of spinal cord injuries. A characteristic feature of the event is the deficiency of a classical finish – the players end up competing erstwhile they are caught by a pursuit car. The car will decision half an hr after takeoff and will gradually increase speed.
Organizers informed that this year's tour in the first part was changed and will lead, among others, through the city centre and the vicinity of Citadel. More than 30,000 people were willing to participate and launch packages sold out in a short time.
The run will besides take place simultaneously in another European cities, including Vienna, Munich and Ljubljana.
