The United Surveys by IBRiS survey for Virtual Poland from 7-9 August shows that 66.5 percent of Poles believe that the influx of migrants affects the safety of the country. The other is 28.8%. This is simply a clear signal: Poles want control, not calming formulas of elites.

A poll that can't be scrapped

In the latest survey United Surveys by IBRiS for Virtual Poland respondents were asked whether the expanding number of migrants arriving in Poland from various parts of the world, including Ukraine, Belarus and countries of Asia and the mediate East, affected the level of safety in the country. By results described by Virtual Poland In total, 66.5 percent of respondents selected the yes answer: 33.2% "yes" and 33.3 percent "more or little so".

28.8% of those surveyed were different, and 4.7% could not indicate the answer. The survey was conducted on 7-9 August 2026 by the CAVI/CATI method on a nationwide example of 1000 people. The numbers are clear. 2 thirds of society sees the link between migration and security. This is not a ‘panic’, but a healthy state instinct.

The right speaks safety language

The top link between migration and safety is seen by voters of both Confederations. In this group, 96 percent of the respondents replied yes, including 44 percent "yes" and 52 percent "more or little so". Only 4% felt that there was no specified impact. Among the opposition voters counted by the ND as a Confederate, PiS and Together, the impact of migration on safety is seen by 84% of respondents.

This shows where the real line of argument is today. The right and a large part of society look at migration through the prism of border, services, costs and public order. Not by fashion passwords. Not by moral blackmail. Poland has a work to aid wisely, but it has a primary work to defend its own citizens.

DN already described how Migration force can become a tool for force on the European border. This mechanics does not only apply to the south of Europe. Poland has its own experience with the Belarusian border, with hybrid war and with attempts to test the resilience of the state.

The electorate of power lives in another world

The most meaningful is the distribution of answers among supporters of the ruling coalition. In this group 50% of respondents believe that the influx of migrants did not affect the level of safety in Poland. The impact is seen by 38 percent and 12 percent have no opinion. It's not a insignificant difference in the assessment of details. It's a different map of reality.

The rulers have been trying to talk about migration in the language of administrative peace for months. Meanwhile, average Poles ask more simply: who enters, under what rules, who checks, who pays the costs and who answers erstwhile the state loses control. This is the liable debate. No contempt for people, but no approval for open-door politics.

When Poland's safety becomes the subject of a dispute, it must not be brought to organization emotions. DN late wrote that besides on military matters Poland's safety must be the first criterion of the decision. The same rule applies to migration: the state is not from looking good in the eyes of Brussels but from defending interior order.

Control over reality cursing

In the group of another voters, 77% of respondents besides see the link between migration and security. This is an crucial result, due to the fact that it shows that the subject goes beyond hard electorates. Poles may disagree in the assessment of the government, the European Union or circumstantial parties. However, in terms of security, instinct is strong.

Migration is not an abstract graph. These are schools, housing, the labour market, wellness care, police, borders and local communities. Well managed can be a controlled process. Uncontrollable becomes a burden and a origin of tension. Western Europe has made this script on its own. Poland is not obliged to repeat another people's mistakes simply due to the fact that liberal elites are inactive afraid to talk the word "border".

The 66.5 percent consequence is simply a informing to power. The nation does not request hatred. He demands the seriousness of the state. He wants to know that the government has control over who comes to Poland, for how long and under what conditions. Sovereignty starts here: from the right of Poles to safety in their own home.
