500 PLN of debt and 3,285% of interest per year. There's a ultimate Court ruling on the consumer case

For nearly 20 years, interest amounting to 3,285 percent per year has been charged for over PLN 500. The ultimate Court waived the order for payment given to the consumer, considering that the lower instance court failed to fulfil its work to defend the weaker organization to the contract and failed to measure unfair debt terms. The case will now be re-examined.
