32-year-old Czech Michal Strnad, owner of the armed giant Czechoslovak Group (CSG), became the richest man in east Europe (excluding Russia). His assets present amount to staggering $17.1 billion, all thanks to the increasing request for arms in connection with the war in Ukraine.
