LIST 21 POSTULATES

1. Acceptance of free trade unions independent of the parties and employers resulting from the global Labour Organisation Convention No 87 ratified by the PRL

2. guarantee the right to strike and safety for strikers and supporters.

3. Obey the freedom of speech, printing, publication guaranteed in the Polish People's Republic Constitution, and thus do not repress independent publications and make mass media available to representatives of all religions.

4. reconstruct to erstwhile rights:

people fired from work after strikes in 1970 and 1976 students expelled from the university for convictions,

release all political prisoners (including Edmund Zadrożyński, Jan Kozłowski, Marek Kozłowski),

abolish repression for convictions.

5. Inform the media about the establishment of the Inter-Owning Strike Committee and its demands.

6. supply real action to get the country out of a crisis situation by:

making the socio-economic situation full public,

enabling all communities and social strata to participate in discussions on the improvement agenda.

7. Pay all staff active in the strike wage for the strike period, as for vacation, from the CRZZ fund.

8. rise the basic wage of each worker by PLN 2000 per period as compensation for the current price increase.

9. guarantee automatic wage increases in parallel to price increases and money drop.

10. Complete the full supply of food to the interior marketplace and export only surpluses.

11. Remove commercial prices and sales for abroad exchange in alleged interior exports.

12. Introduce rules for selection of executives on the basis of qualifications, not organization affiliation, and abolish the privileges of MO, SB and organization apparatus by: equalising household allowances to destruct peculiar sales, etc.

13. Place on the meat and its products a card – food vouchers (until the marketplace is mastered).

14. Reduce the retirement age for women to 55 years and for men to 60 years or working in PRL 30 years for women and 35 years for men regardless of age.

15. To align the pensions and pensions of the old portfolio to the level presently paid.

16. Improve the working conditions of the wellness services, which will supply full medical care for those working.

17. supply adequate space for working women's children in nursery and kindergartens.

18. Enter maternity leave paid for 3 years to rise the child.
