Finally, we are talking about a man who has been in power for 30 years, destroying political opponents, while giving the impression of a lower-level collective farm manager. How has it become possible for a man with the aparity of a "wedding uncle" to be able to hold the position of the last dictator of Europe for so long (except Russia, if we number it among the European countries)?
