3 percent of NATO's defence GDP is getting closer

The awareness of the Russian threat makes more and more NATO countries agree to increase their arms spending. The 2% GDP threshold has already been exceeded by a vast majority of members. The time has come to set another target, and this could be achieved by 2030.
