In the course of an investigation conducted by the territory Attorney's Office in Kępno, police from the territory Command detained a 28-year-old Ukrainian citizen. A man is suspected of committing sexual crimes against a Ukrainian citizen and her brother.
Threats, harassment and trespassing
According to the prosecution's findings, between March and April 2025 the fishy persistently harassed the victim by sending her many text and voice messages. In communication, he utilized profanity, insulted a woman, insulted her parent and her brother, and threatened violence.
– He threatened to make the recordings of her bare image public, which caused the victim a legitimate fear of carrying out these threats – explains prosecutor Maciej Meler from the territory Attorney's Office in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
On 12 April 2025, a man entered the victim's apartment, knocking down the door. – Despite a woman's deficiency of consent and threatening to usage her weapon against her brother, he led to sexual intercourse added the prosecutor.
Additional charges and temporary arrest
