According to information provided by the National Prosecutor's Office, the 28-year-old Mikhail Mirgorodski, residing in Russia, was to organize Russian intelligence activities in Poland in 2023. The Communication states that "it follows from the findings of the investigation that... he led an organized crime group carrying out an interview for (Russian – ed) spy, sabotage, diversion and propaganda activities".
