We live on a European continent which, as never in the 21st century, requires us all to reflect on the issue of safety and defence. But not the emotional, temporary unification in the face of Russian aggression against Ukraine, but the long-term building of our own shield and sword, without which we will not be able to proceed in the following years the crucial transformation of our economic, ecological, social and technological space.
