EUR 200 billion of frozen Russian assets. Prof. Pisarska: We will either confiscate them or they will be utilized against Europe

- I'm sorry. Hungary will most likely block the renewal of economical sanctions against Russia in July, and within 24 hours EUR 200 billion will flow into the accounts of the Russian central bank. It should have been done by now. European military support should be financed entirely by the confiscation of frozen Russian assets which are mainly in banks in Belgium and France - says Prof. Katarzyna Pisarska
