2% of GDP is not enough. How many NATO states are going to spend on defence now?

It seems that the era in which NATO states were obliged to spend 2% of GDP on defence is behind us. This share will surely be higher. NATO chief Mark Rutte expects it to be above 3%, adding that the debate is at an early stage.
