18. The Artillery Brigade has a fresh commander

This decision is an expression of the highest designation for Colonel Piotr Męczyński in the present formation and direction of the 18th Artillery Regiment. His dedication and professionalism contributed to the construction of a strong and effective unit, which enjoys large designation among the community of our municipality and our full region. The command of Colonel Piotr Męczyński, full of commitment and competence, had a direct impact on the improvement of operational standards and the unit's combat readiness.
