On Wednesday there is simply a discussion in Brussels on the 17th anti-Russian sanctions package. The blacklist includes 100 tankers of the Russian shadow fleet and over 50 Russian and Russian-related persons and legal entities (including 5 Chinese). There will besides be increased controls on exports of goods and technology from the European Union.
