17th package of sanctions against Russia on the table. A blow to the shadow fleet and the Kremlin's allies

On Wednesday, discussions on the 17th package of anti-Russian sanctions begin in Brussels. The blacklist includes 100 tankers from the Russian shadow fleet and over 50 Russian and Russian-linked individuals and legal entities (including 5 Chinese). There will besides be stricter controls on the export of goods and technology from the European Union.
